Information we collect
If you subscribe or request resources, we may collect your name, email address and preferences so we can deliver what you requested and send ministry updates. If you contact us or comment where comments are enabled, we may receive your message, contact details, IP address and browser information, which can help us reply and limit spam. We may retain records reasonably needed to run the ministry, comply with law and handle requests or disputes. Please do not send sensitive or payment-card information in a general message.
Email, providers and overseas processing
We use Mailchimp for mailing-list administration. Website hosting, security, email and other service providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell subscriber lists. We share information with providers as needed for these purposes, when you direct us, or where required by law. Providers may process data outside Australia and their locations can change; contact us if you need current details before providing information. You can unsubscribe from marketing updates using the link in an email, or contact us.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The site uses cookies needed for functions such as WordPress login and preferences. It loads Google Analytics for audience measurement through two Google Analytics measurement IDs observed on a fresh visit. The tags set or read cookies such as _ga, _ga_KM54LETR2Z and _ga_X1HCFGJ5GF and can process online identifiers, browser/device details, pages visited and interactions. We are reviewing whether both measurements are needed. Google may process this data outside Australia. Google advertising tags are not currently active on this site. We are reviewing and improving cookie choices; at present, do not assume analytics is blocked until you give consent. You can block or delete cookies through your browser, though this may affect site functions. Embedded content such as videos can contact its provider and use cookies when you load it. We will update this policy when consent controls are in place.
Your choices and privacy requests
We take reasonable steps to protect information, though no online system is risk-free. Contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold, or to complain about how we handled it. We will consider requests under applicable law and explain if records must be retained.
